saw alot of new members...
so surprised that new members only..
w/o the "old" ones..
alrdy can fill the room...
coz alot of the usual peeps did not attend 2dae...
but that's a good sign lars.. =)

breakfalls...

off-balancing...
throws...
wrist locks...
groundworks...



basically all the usual stuffs need for real-time self-defense hahas
that's y i learn this..
a little of everything..
rather than alot of something..



reason being...
you can go see professional boxing matches..
even the pros nd dozens of punches to make a person submit
whereas this martial art only req a few sec to make the situation to ur advantage
=) nice hahas
